Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at arun@duesta.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation.

If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.
